Shamanism: Making the everyday Sacred. Yes, even your business. Rooting your work and your relationships into the Earth, and using ancient wisdom to heal our fears so we can truly receive the abundance we deserve.

Leadership: Claiming your business as your Highest Service, and taking our place as a voice for change in the Community. If there is a gap between your work and your spiritual practice, this is how to bridge it.

Council: The ancient way of creating Accountability, giving constructive feedback, a safe and intimate place to speak your truth, and the structure for stepping up into your rightful place in the circle of leaders.

Six month series beginning Jan. 14th 2010 from 7-10pm. (The first meeting is open, but limited to 20 spaces which are filling quickly. The last event SOLD OUT! Subsequent participation will require a 6 month commitment.)

Sunday December 20th, 2009 in celebration of the New Moon and Winter Solstice, we will be hosting the Shamanic Leadership Council II in Ojai, CA to plant the seeds of our visions for 2010. We will be learning specific tools for gaining crystal clarity, co-visioning, and creating the foundation and structure for how we can bring these seeds to fruition by Summer Solstice 2010*.

The Council meeting will be followed Sunday Evening by our 4th annual Men’s and Women’s New Moon Ceremony where we will step deeper into ritual space and align with the energy of this new solar and lunar year being born. Details to follow.

Who you are and why are you here?

Usually we talk about what we DO. Rarely do we talk about who we really are. And often we struggle with conflicting messages about why we are here on earth in this time, and why Southern California of all places?

The deeper truth that resides in our hearts speaks to us often, but amidst the chaos of urban life and changing times it is easy to forget to listen. Still, each of us has touched that heart space, and hears the call daily to something greater, and for many of us, the gap between where we are now and where we see ourselves headed is overwhelming and often paralyzing.

In order to get where we are going, we need a solid foundation:
1. Guidance: from one who knows the path and is has been where you are, and can hold you accountable to your own inner guidance.
2. Healing: we are stepping out in a bigger way, and constantly evolving, and need to integrate our bodies and our spirits continuously.
3. Community: the reflections and support and of your tribe are essential in this time, “the time of the lone wolf is over…”
4. Inspiration: giving and serving every day is exhausting, and we need to reconnect regularly to our core, our purpose, our practice, and the people who inspire us to greatness.

Each of you in some way has been gifted a vision through your inner work and spiritual practice, and is being called to bring that gift into the world. And the plain truth about bringing that vision into the world is that you CANNOT DO IT ALONE, nor would you really want to.

I have been in the business of manifesting visions for about 13 years now. And I can tell you for certain that you need the things we mentioned above, but the very first thing you need to do is COMMIT to letting that vision come through you.

This is your opportunity to commit, and to receive the support and guidance and community and inspiration you need to truly manifest that vision as a reality. Together, WE CAN.

I am committed to holding the space and guiding the ship for 20 brave seafaring WARRIORS OF LIGHT, who are ready to take action as leaders and be held accountable to the vision they are here to share.

We will be guiding you from the seeds of your vision into action through creation, marketing, writing, speaking and delivery of your Highest Service to the world.

This call goes out to you, the inner circle of our community, the Community AVATARS, those of you who have been so deeply immersed in your service, your calling, and your healing practice that you have almost disappeared in the giving.

The conch has sounded, and this message is intended to reach the very core of your being, that silent and deeply guarded place where your inner truth resides.
